OUR MISSION
Our mission is to establish an inclusive knowlege platform that nurtures a network of youth committed to addressing environmental, climate change, and developmental issues in Uttarakhand by integrating evidence-based traditional knowledge with modern approaches, facilitating co-learning and capacity building through community engagement. Additionally, we pledge to provide consistent support to the government and non- governmental organisations through advocacy, and policy work thus contributing meaningfully to the advancement of environmental sustainability in our state. We hope this collective grows to be a strong platform for anyone and everyone who aspires to contribute to the betterment of their local ecosystem.
उद्देश्य
हमारा मिशन एक समावेशी मंच स्थापित करना है, जो पारंपरिक ज्ञान को आधुनिक दृष्टिकोण के साथ एकीकृत करके, सामुदायिक सहभागिता के माध्यम से सह-शिक्षा और क्षमता निर्माण की सुविधा प्रदान करके उत्तराखंड में जलवायु परिवर्तन (क्लाइमेट चेंज) के मुद्दों को संबोधित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध युवाओं के एक नेटवर्क का पोषण करना है। इसके अतिरिक्त, हम अनुमोदना और नीतिगत कार्यों के माध्यम से सरकार को संभावित सहायता प्रदान करने का वचन देते हैं, जिससे हमारे राज्य में बहुआवश्यक पर्यावरणीय स्थिरता की उन्नति में योगदान मिलेगा। हमें उम्मीद है कि हमारी यह सामूहिकता “यू-कैन” उन सभी लोगों के लिए एक मजबूत मंच बन जाएगी जो अपने स्थानीय पारिस्थिति के लिए क्रियाविधि की बेहतरी में योगदान देने की इच्छा रखते हैं।
